TITLE: Reporting Analyst Intern – Summer 2026

LOCATION: Carmel IN or Chicago IL or Remote with the U.S Eastern or Central Time

CNO is seeking a Reporting Analyst Intern. The internship program provides college students with exposure to sales reporting and analytics relevant to the requirements of the sales field.

This is a paid internship, at competitive rates of approx. $21-$23/hour depending on location. The Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays are paid days off.

As a Reporting Analyst Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Converting existing dashboard(s) from Tableau to Power BI
  • Assisting with automating our repeatable processes by learning tools such as Power Automate
  • Develop new or update existing reports using Power BI

Qualified candidates for a Reporting Analyst Intern position will have:

  • Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business analytics, or a related discipline
  • Status as a rising junior or rising senior, approx. graduation dates of Dec 2026 – June 2028
  • Minimum GPA of 2.7/4.0
  • Availability to work 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Office products
  • Experience working with multiple sources of data
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

For students residing within 60 miles of CNO’s Carmel, IN or Chicago corporate office, interns will have access to come into the office. If there are groups of interns near either location, informal lunches may also be arranged. For interns not residing within 60 miles of a CNO corporate office, CNO also offers internships as fully remote / work-from-home from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
