Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Reach truck Operators to join our team at a facility In Memphis, Tennessee. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This is a high-paced role that requires strong attention to safety, detail, and commitment to shift schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count products.
- Load and unload products from trailers and place them in designated areas.
- Safely stack and retrieve products according to order sheets.
- Maintain high accuracy and careful handling to avoid damage to products or property.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as general labor.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure forklifts are operating safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating reach truck forklifts.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
-Ability to work a first shift Monday- Friday
Physical Requirements:
