Job Title Business Continuity Consultant (Infosecurity specialist II)

Job Description:-

• Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and documentation of Business Continuity tests and exercises across business units.
• Assist in developing and maintaining exercise scenarios, schedules, participant rosters, and post-exercise reports.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, Coordinators, and Plan Owners to ensure exercises align with recovery objectives and compliance standards.
• Create and maintain end-user documentation, training materials, presentations, and guides related to testing and exercising.
• Analyze test results and build data visualizations to highlight operational resilience and identify areas for improvement.
• Track progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely completion of testing cycles and related deliverables.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on test data, exercise outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.
• Experience with manual data validation and reporting, including exporting, transforming, and verifying test results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Continuity tools (e.g., Fusion Risk Management).
• Adaptability to change and openness to diverse perspectives and ideas.
• Ability to work in agile environments and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify gaps or failures in testing outcomes and recommend actionable solutions.
• Understanding of Business Continuity concepts and their application in testing and exercising scenarios.

Experience:

• Experience with Business Continuity Planning and Testing tools preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience in roles involving planning, documentation, and operational resilience activities
