Key Responsibilities:
ETL Design and Development: Architect, implement, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from diverse source systems into data warehouses and lakes.
Data Integration: Oversee the integration of structured and unstructured data using cutting-edge technologies and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi).
Optimization and Performance Tuning: Continuously improve ETL processes for optimal performance, reliability, and scalability, minimizing data processing time and resource usage.
Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with wider business objectives.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes and ensure practices conform to regulatory and compliance standards.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Lead efforts to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex data-related issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Google Cloud Dataflow, Databricks).
Qualifications:
Experience: 8-12 years of professional experience in ETL development and data integration.
Good to Have: Python, pandas, numpy, pyspark etc.
